Let Your Freak Flag Fly
After way too long a layoff, the Boom Bap Radio crew re-assemblesjust in time to celebrate Flag Day? Yes, Flag Day. Yeah, we weren’t sure what it was all about either, but nonetheless we earnestly welcomed Bowe Bergdahl back to the states, told Eric Cantor to bounce, wondered how things will turnout in Iraq and of course cheered the opening of the World Cup. Of course we always proudly fly Hip-Hop’s flag too. Whodini, Public Enemy, Outsidaz, Leaders of the New School, Yasiin Bey, Malcolm McLaren and the World Famous Supreme Team let it all hang out on this pre-Father’s Day treat. Yo, Jay and B, we’re with you. Let my daughter-in-law’s hair do what it does, we don’t care either – It’s Boom Bap Radio.
